When reporting a claim, please provide the following information:

  • Where and when the incident occurred
  • The details/circumstances of the incident
  • What loss or damage has occurred, including any third party injury or damage
  • Where the insured vessel is located
  • Whether the insured vessel is watertight or in need of urgent attention
  • Estimate of replacement (where there is a loss) and/or an estimate of repair from the repairer of your choice
